Good Maintenance is a team of energetic tradies who help busy property managers hit their service targets with a single point workflow for electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting, gardening and just about every other trade that’s needed around the home.
What started as a few tradies having a good time, has quickly turned into a lot of tradies having a good time. Here’s how the story goes.
It was in 2017 that the Good Maintenance adventure began. Good Maintenance was initially founded to give Little Real Estate customers the most satisfying service experience when the need for maintenance arose within their investment property.
The mission was simple: recruit passionate, skilled and good looking tradies who love maintaining homes. With all boxes ticked we were on our way. It didn’t take long to realise we were onto something special, as what started out as team of 3 quickly grew to well over a dozen trucks.
At the start of 2022 Good Maintenance opened to the market and began offering its services to other property management firms, body corporate agencies, along with building, and asset managers. By working with Good Maintenance business’ have access to a team of skilled trades people who believe that having your investment property maintained should be easy, cost effective and fun.
