Over the last 15 years we have been proud to deliver several significant award winning developments. Projects undertaken include apartments, townhouses, commercial subdivisions, retail premises, historic building renovations, hotel and student accommodation.
Delivery of the student accommodation was an exciting addition to our portfolio and was carried out in conjunction with the Hansen Little Foundation and Melbourne University resulting in the establishment of:
The Hansen Scholarship – an enduring scholarship enabling students who would not otherwise have the financial capacity to study and be accommodated on site at the University of Melbourne; and
Little Hall – a 669-room, academically supported and engaging on campus student accommodation facility
Our recently completed Hyatt Centric Melbourne is moving into the operational stage with our hotel managers Hyatt.
We have however pared back our activity in the property development sector, having sold the operational side of the development business to senior executives Leighton Pyke & Paris Lechte in January 2019.
